How Happynas World protects the Sellaris platform, and what we expect from the people who use it.

1. Our security practices

• Tenant isolation — every record is scoped to a tenant, enforced at the data layer so one customer cannot read another's data.
• Encryption — TLS in transit; sensitive integration credentials encrypted at rest.
• Access control — role-based permissions, with least-privilege access for our own personnel.
• Auditability — an append-only activity log records significant changes.
• Approval gates — high-impact automated actions (large price changes, bulk operations, refunds above a threshold) require human approval.

2. Your responsibilities

• Keep credentials confidential and use strong, unique passwords.
• Grant team members only the access their role requires.
• Tell us promptly at hello@happynasworld.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use Sellaris to break the law, infringe intellectual property, send unsolicited bulk messages, or attempt to probe, scan or disrupt the platform or other tenants. You must also respect the terms of any marketplace, courier or payment provider you connect.

4. Reporting a vulnerability

We welcome responsible disclosure. Email hello@happynasworld.com with details and steps to reproduce. Please give us reasonable time to remediate before any public disclosure, and do not access or modify data that is not yours.
